Treatment requires:

Before you begin, make sure your device is fully charged. When on the cradle or plugged into the charging cord, a solid blue light on the front of your device indicates a full charge.

Using a NuFACE Mini? Be sure to turn your device off and back on after each treatment area below. The NuFACE Mini device will turn off automatically after five minutes of use.

3 steps to using your NuFACE device:

STEP 1: CLEAN UP

Cleanse the skin of any makeup, oils and impurities with your favorite cleanser (oil-free cleansers work best).
Turn on your device and toggle the appropriate button until all of the blue lights are illuminated (Trinity) or set to the far right (Mini). This is the optimal microcurrent setting for everyone. Intensity can be adjusted for comfort at any time.

STEP 2: GEL UP

Apply your choice of NuFACE Gel Primer in a mask-like layer in sections as you treat, beginning with the neck. Skin should appear wet, and you should feel little to no sensation from the device. Tip: Try applying a NuFACE serum under your Gel Primer like the PROs do!

STEP 3: LIFT UP

Lower Neck Holds

Place spheres vertically in position 1 slightly off center, avoiding midline of neck.
Lift and hold for 1-2 beeps.
Repeat holds in positions 2, 3, and 4. Hold each position for 1-2 beeps.
No repeating.

Upper Neck Holds

Place spheres vertically in position 1 slightly off center, avoiding midline of neck.
Lift and hold for 1-2 beeps.
Repeat holds in positions 2, 3, and 4. Hold each position for 1-2 beeps.
No repeating.

Jawline Holds

Place spheres horizontally in position 1 under jaw line. Lift and hold for 1-2 beeps.
Repeat holds in positions 2 and 3. Hold each position for 1-2 beeps.
No repeating.

Jowls

Place bottom spheres vertically on the jawline with the top sphere slightly outside the corner of the mouth (Position 1). Lift and hold for 1-2 beeps (5-10 seconds).
Place bottom spheres vertically on the jawline with the top sphere slightly under the lower cheekbone (Position 2). Lift and hold for 1-2 beeps (5-10 seconds).
Place bottom spheres vertically on the end of the jawline with the top sphere slightly under the cheekbone (Position 3). Lift and hold for 1-2 beeps (5-10 seconds).
Once you've completed the above, continue to the next section. It is not necessary to repeat this section.

Cheek Contour

Place spheres horizontally under the apple of the cheek closer to the nose (Position 1). Lift and hold for 1-2 beeps (5-10 seconds).
Place spheres horizontally under the apple of the cheeks equal distance from the nose and the ear (Position 2). Lift and hold for 1-2 beeps (5-10 seconds).
Place spheres horizontally under the apple of the cheek near the hairline (Position 3). Lift and hold for 1-2 beeps (5-10 seconds).
Once you've completed the above, continue to the next section. It is not necessary to repeat this section.

Forehead & Brows

Place both spheres horizontally, above the thick of the brow (Position 1). Lift and hold for 1-2 beeps (5-10 seconds).
Place both spheres horizontally, above Position 1 (Position 2). Lift and hold for 1-2 beeps (5-10 seconds).
Place both spheres horizontally, above the thin of the brow (Position 3). Lift and hold for 1-2 beeps (5-10 seconds).
Place both spheres horizontally, above Position 3 (Position 4). Lift and hold for 1-2 beeps (5-10 seconds).
It is not necessary to repeat this section.

Finish

Repeat these glides and holds on the opposite side of your face to complete your treatment.
Once complete, power off your NuFACE device, clean off any excess gel primer from device, and place in the charging cradle or plug in so it's ready for your next treatment.
Massage remaining NuFACE Leave On Gel Primer into skin for added skincare benefits. If using original NuFACE Gel Primer, gently remove from skin.
Resume your regular skin care or beauty routine.
